Essentials Cover is a great option if you just want the basics covered for a short trip close to home or you're budget conscious. And you can always customise to suit by adding optional covers to ensure you have the cover you need for your intended travel.
Essentials Cover is available for travellers up to the age of 70.
It includes the following features:
- Medical and repatriation expenses
- Emergency Medical Assistance 24/7 provided by Allianz Global Assistance
- Replacement cover on baggage items less than two years old
- Free cover for dependent children under 21 years
- Recreational sports cover free of charge:
- Leisure skiing and snowboarding
- Scuba diving (with PADI or NAUI qualification)
- Hot air ballooning
- Parasailing and paragliding
- Bungee jumping
- White-water rafting in rivers Grade 4 or less
