Most people realise it's important to have insurance ... but it's when you need to make a claim that you'll really appreciate just how vital it is. Your Policy - We will cover your private vehicle if it is stolen, or damaged in an accident, fire or natural disaster.
- We provide cover for new locks or keys if they are lost or stolen.
- Should you be the first owner of a new vehicle which at claim time is less than one year old and been driven less than 20,000km and is written off - we'll replace this with a new vehicle of the same model and year.
- We won't increase your premiums just because you have an at fault accident - instead we'll adopt a shared risk approach.
- We're there for you - if you change your vehicle during the period of insurance - and forget to notify us immediately - we automatically cover you for 14 days from the date of purchase.
- On approval of your claim we can provide you with a rental vehicle for up to 14 days.
- We will cover accidental loss to any trailer owned by you or any uninsured trailer which is in your care or control.
- If you're the main driver of your vehicle and aged over 25 any drivers under 25 are covered free of charge to drive your vehicle provided they're driving within there licence parameters.
